After Ambrus, Bakir and Xanthe, Cohen can finally get to the man who started the whole story - Brenzis. But the outcome does not come down to one battle: you can agree to a deal, go it alone, or bring allies.Below is the route to A Deal with the Devil, tactics against the final boss, and conditions for all seven endings.
Fast path to the final: close the three main branches of Court → raise Infamy to maximum → wait for Brentsis's invitation → save the game in a separate slot → come to Shrike's Crag at night and light a signal fire → decide whether to attack or make a treaty.
Spoilers before the end credits: Major decisions, Brenzis' fighting abilities, the family's fate, and secret endings will be revealed. If you don’t want to spoil the ending for yourself, save the page and return to the desired section as you progress.
B fourth part we found Xanthe, completed Howling Keep and completed The Cycle of Love.If the storyline is not yet closed, start there: in the normal route, negotiations with Brentsis will open after three vassals.
Step 1: Complete the Yard and Max Infamy
Check out the Court tab.The main opponents must be defeated: Ambrus - The Gilded Gauntlet, Bakir - The Lunar Game, Xanthe - The Cycle of Love.If Xanthe offered to cooperate and you agreed, this is also considered a completed storyline. The result of the task is important, not necessarily the killing of every vampire.

After that, fill out Infamy and move on to the next day through rest.A scene should appear with the reading of the decrees, after which Brentsis will send a message about the negotiations. The journal will be replenished with a task A Deal with the Devil. If you haven't received an invitation, first look at the Infamy scale: an early visit to the meeting place does not replace its achievement.
The final quest begins in Shrike's Crag, requires four time periods and in the normal scenario is subject to a 30-day time limit to save the family. The journey itself and exploration of the world do not consume days continuously: the counter advances after specific actions. If the deadline has already passed, it will not be possible to change the family branch with a successful rescue without loading an earlier save, although other options for passing may remain.
Step 2: Save before the point of no return
Don't accept Brentsis's first response until you save the game manually.Use new slot, which will not be overwritten by automatic checkpoints. After the final sequence, the game returns you to the main menu, there is no free exploration after the credits. At the old saved point, you can complete additional tasks and get different endings.

If you want to complete the maximum story outcomes in one save, prepare the Lakra and Craik lines in advance. For their joint endings, the allies' own tasks are needed - a conversation with Brentsis by itself does not open these branches. In this case, even without allies, a single battle and a deal option remain.
Step 3: Travel to Shrike's Crag at Night
The meeting point is west of Svartrau.Reach Shrike's Crag after nightfall, climb the tower and interact with the metal beacon bowl. After lighting, Brentsis will appear and a conversation will begin, determining the further route. In lines, look not so much at the politeness of the answer, but at the symbol of the weapon: choosing the option with a sword icon moves the scene into open combat.

Step 4. Two main decisions when meeting Brentsis
Challenge Brentsis to a fight - The Folk Hero
If you want to end the story without Lakra and Crake, don't accept the vampire's offer. At one stage of the conversation, select a warlike response with a sword icon (in the English version there is “Enough. Time to End this.”).Cohen attacks Brenzis and proceeds to the final battle.Victory in this variant corresponds to the ending The Folk Hero.

Accept the deal - The Turncoat
If the goal is to save the family through an agreement, in the conversation stick to the line “I just want my family back” and confirm your readiness to fulfill the conditions (“I’ll do it”).For intermediate cues, the game has several neutral options. The main thing is not to select answers with a sword icon if you do not intend to proceed to combat.
After the agreement, troops of the undead will enter the site.Together with Brentsis, break through back to the entrance and save Pieter.Replies after meeting him are not a separate condition for the desired ending.Next, Brentsis will demand to find and mark the Manumit hideout. To do this, you will need Crake's branch: The Firebrand → Shadows in the Woods → Where Loyalty Lies.During Where Loyalty Lies you will gain access to the hideout. At night, interact with the door at the quest marker - this is how the line ends The Turncoat.
Important: Don't call the deal a "victory over Brenzis."For The Turncoat, you comply with his demand and betray your allies;for The Folk Hero - you fight and win personally. These are two different endings, and one does not replace the other.
Step 5. How to defeat Brentsis alone
If you chose combat, the final boss has two large combat units.Prepare healing, stamina recovery and equipment with strong protection.Don't try to knock out the entire gauge in one aggressive run: Brentsis combines regular targeted attacks with unblockable magic.

First phase - sword, claws and long-range attacks
Brentsis's first combos are similar to those of other high-level vampires. The sword and claws can be blocked by direction;after the completed series, look for a window for a retaliatory strike.Sometimes he jumps to the side and prepares a ranged attack - it cannot be reliably closed with a regular block, so immediately escape by dodging. The Burning Blood skill can temporarily interrupt the boss's actions and make it possible to even out the tempo of the fight.
Don't chase Brentsis around the arena without any stamina. When he closes the distance, it is better to prepare to dodge the next attack than to waste the last of your energy on a useless dash.
Phase Two - Anachora and New Vampire Abilities
When the first gauge is empty, the battle moves to Anachora.Brentsis retains his sword attacks and gains new techniques. One of them is an unblockable shout, similar to the Muron attack: move to the side. The other is a powerful swing with an enlarged tentacle arm;it also does not block and requires a timely roll.

At two health checkpoints, Brentsis uses a grab that cannot be dodged normally.Don't mistake this for a control error - it's part of the battle mechanics. If Koen previously drank the blood of vassals, their phantoms may intervene on his side, but once captured, Brentsis is able to absorb these powers and turn the phantoms against you.Pay special attention to Bakir's ranged birds and Ambrus' ghostly melee attacks.
After each mandatory transition, return to a simple cycle: dodging magic, defending against a blocked combo, short counterattack.Once the second health bar runs out, Brentsis will lose and the final scene will begin.Answers after the victory itself do not change the condition of The Folk Hero.
Step 6. All seven endings - what needs to be done
1. The Folk Hero - Defeat Brentsis on your own
Close the three branches of Court, reach maximum Infamy and choose attack during negotiations.Win both combat phases without Lakra and Crake's story support. This is the main singles ending.
2. The Turncoat - make an agreement
Before the 30 days are up, make a deal, help Brentsis with the undead, rescue Pieter and open the Manumit hideout in Craik's chain.Celebrate it at night. If Esme was helped correctly in the prologue, you can also get an achievement for saving the family within the time limit.

3. The Patricide - fight with Lakra
We need a separate Lakra branch: A Friend Like This → Song of the Mountain → Hive and Seek → Our Rotten Roots → Midnight Reckoning. In the finale, refuse to betray your ally and, together with her, begin a campaign against Brentsis. When meeting a boss, choose the combat option, not the agreement with him.

4. The Knyazmaker - come with Crake
For this ending, go through Crake and Manumit's line: The Firebrand → Shadows in the Woods → Where Loyalty Lies → What Hunts the Night → What Moves the Dead → Who Pulls the Strings → Rise at Dawn and Fall Before Dusk.Along the way, some side links are optional. In the finale, stand together with your allies and refuse Brentsis's last offer.

5. A Hero They Deserve - leave the valley
This is an early alternate ending rather than defeating the vampire. After the prologue at night, head west of Briar Sloughs, to the destroyed bridge west of Coward's Path Shrine.Use Planeshift and Shadowstep to climb up to the valley exit.At the gate, select the option to leave Vale Sangora forever.
6. Together Forever - stay in a family dream
This hidden ending is related to Xanthe's Court Activity Home Sweet Home in Silts Tower.Climb to the top floor of the tower, open the door and enter a repeating sequence of flashbacks with fights. To get the ending, complete the circle four times without deliberately going into the well that the game tells you to exit through. At the beginning of the fifth cycle, dialogue with the family triggers the denouement. For a normal return, on the contrary, find the well in Focus Mode.

7. Time Runs Out - family dies
If you spend more than 30 game days without completing the main goal, Brentsis will sacrifice his family. This is a bad outcome without a separate trophy.Unlike the normal ending, free exploration and some other storylines can be continued after the event, but the original rescue of the family cannot be restored.
Step 7. Epilogue and return to other endings
After the main denouement, Cohen returns to Lasleya - the epilogue unfolds there.Follow the markers to talk to the villagers, examine the traps in the forest and enter the cave to complete the story scenes.Do not stop the game immediately after receiving the trophy for the selected outcome: some achievements for completing are awarded only after the full epilogue and credits.
Next you will find yourself in the main menu. There is no free mode after the credits for standard endings, so load the manual slot created before the negotiations. This way you can go through another branch, complete the tasks of your allies and get the remaining outcomes without completely repeating the prologue.
Short answers to important questions
Do I need to kill all three vassals?
No.To advance to the final you need to complete their main tasks. The agreement with Xanthe after the victory is counted, and her help will remove some of the supernatural opponents in the castle.
Is it possible to unlock all endings in one playthrough?
Yes, if you leave a manual save before the final stage and, if necessary, complete allied chains to the choice point. After each interchange, load this slot;don't rewrite it.
What to do if Brentsis does not invite you to negotiations?
Check out the three completed Court branches and the Infamy gauge, then wait until the next game day.You need a scene with decrees, after which A Deal with the Devil will appear.
Does it make sense to clear the entire world before the end?
No need.First, save the save, deal with the main choices, and only then explore the remaining tasks from this point.Remember the blue clock icon for urgent objectives of already started quests.
The Blood of Dawnwalker series is complete
Cohen's journey began in prologue, continued with contractions Ambrus and Bakir, and then brought to Xanthe mansion. This fifth part concludes the main storyline and explains how to return for alternate endings.
