Dragon’s Dogma II: Dark Arisen will release on October 9th and will send the Arisen to the new northern region of Norgan.Capcom is building the expansion around a distinct cycle of expeditions: finding relics, appraising them, acquiring new weapons and skills, and then advancing into more dangerous parts of the region.

Norgan is associated with the Fallen Dragon

The plot of the add-on begins in a long-abandoned northern region.The Risen teams up with the mysterious Eir to unravel the mystery of the immortal Fallen Dragon and understand why he is connected to Norgan.

Relics are needed here not only as collectibles.Once assessed, they unlock new weapons and skills that give access to more difficult areas of the region.

The expansion will include 12 separate challenges

Capcom is adding twelve Lost Rites Dungeon Challenges, special dungeons with challenges and rare equipment.In addition, there will be new hairstyles and tattoos for the character editor.

Previously we examined first announcement of Dark Arisen and new region.The full version will be released on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2, and owners of the base Dragon’s Dogma II on PC, PS5 and Xbox will be able to purchase the add-on separately.
