You can separately change damage, enemy aggression and evasion

Instead of just one slider, you can separately reduce enemies' aggression, slow down their projectiles, expand the window of ideal evasion, and change incoming or outgoing damage. There is also an Outgoing Falter setting - it affects how quickly the enemy loses stability.

The speed of recovery of Dylan's supernatural abilities is separately adjusted. There is also help in close combat: increased pull towards the target makes positioning less strict.

There is immortality and one-hit kills

Assist Mode includes immortality, one-hit kills, and instant enemy stance breaking.Remedy is clear that these options are for those who want to focus on exploring Manhattan and the story.

There is no need to select these options before starting the walkthrough.Assist Mode can be enabled or changed at any time.

The same settings allow you to complicate the battle

In the first Control, such sliders only made the game easier. In Resonant, they work both ways: you can increase enemy aggression, increase incoming damage, or reduce the window of ideal evasion.

For example, you can leave the normal damage, but increase the aggression of enemies and narrow the window of ideal evasion.Or, conversely, simplify only that element of the battle that interferes with the passage.

Achievements are not blocked

Remedy will not disable trophies and achievements due to the use of Assist Mode. The developers explain this simply: if some mechanic prevents you from continuing the game, it is better to give the opportunity to change it than to force the player to quit.

Control Resonant will be released on September 24th.In the new combat system, Dylan often fights up close, so the ability to separately adjust dodges, enemy aggression, and damage is especially useful here.

If you follow the September releases on PlayStation, we also sorted out September catalog PS Plus Extra and Premium.

Would you set the difficulty manually or do you prefer the usual Easy, Normal and Hard?
