Creative Assembly closed registration for closed beta on September 14 Total War: WARHAMMER 40,000.Applications closed at 11:00 CEST.The studio has not yet announced the date of the test itself, but has already explained in detail what the selected participants will receive.

This will be a work in progress
Creative Assembly asks in advance not to treat the test as a polished demo. The build will have bugs, temporary materials, unfinished localization, and balance issues. These are the things the team is going to look for together with the players.
The beta will only take place on PC via Steam, although the final game is also announced for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Two Space Marines campaigns and multiplayer
The test will include the initial part of the tutorial and the first two single-player campaigns for the Space Marines.Space Marines, Astra Militarum, Orks and custom factions will be available for multiplayer and custom battles. In addition, players will be given the opportunity to try out an expanded customization system.
Aeldari will not be in this build.Creative Assembly separately clarified that the faction will be shown later.
Not everyone who registers will get in.
The studio says there were more applications than expected, so only a portion of participants will get access. The next step will be a questionnaire for those registered - it will need to be filled out in order to remain in the pool of candidates.
The start date of the closed beta remains unknown.Creative Assembly promises to reveal additional details once the testing plan is finalized.
