Nightdive Studios has confirmed that Thief: The Dark Project Remastered will receive a new campaign The Tarnished Mirror.Its name appeared prematurely in a leak of Steam achievements, after which the studio decided to officially confirm the campaign.
Details of the campaign are promised to be revealed on November 2.So far, the studio has only shown a short teaser and a logo.
The remaster itself was announced back in the summer.It will include the original Thief: The Dark Project and Thief Gold content, including additional missions.Nightdive promises up to 4K and 120fps, modern controllers, achievements, mission selection, and built-in support for custom campaigns.
The Tarnished Mirror will be a separate new campaign and not part of the restored content of the original.Nightdive has not yet disclosed its scale and release date.
Confirmation appeared shortly after that very Steam achievements leak, where other future projects were also revealed.
