For the West Coast of the United States, the launch is scheduled for 19:00 October 28, Pacific Daylight Time.The US East Coast will receive the game at 10:00 pm that same day.In the UK it will open at 02:00 on October 29, in Central Europe at 03:00.Australia will kick off at 1pm ET, New Zealand at 3pm.
