The premise of the story is familiar: Inaba, a series of murders, the Midnight Channel, and schoolchildren trying to get to the truth.Heroes face hidden sides of themselves and awaken Personas.

At TGS 2026, the game had a full demo, separate stage programs and thematic activities.Atlus is positioning Revival as a new version rather than a simple port of Persona 4 Golden.

The project fits into the large multi-platform flow of Japanese games - we analyzed this trend in material based on the results of TGS 2026.

Sega's official page describes the project as a combination of school life, a murder investigation, and a Midnight Channel supernatural arc.At the exhibition, visitors were allowed to play a demo version, and not just watch a new video.

There is currently no Switch 2 among the confirmed platforms. Therefore, until a separate announcement, it is correct to talk only about PS5, Xbox Series and PC.The date February 18, 2027 refers specifically to these stated versions.

So far, Atlus has not revealed all the changes regarding Persona 4 Golden in one complete list. Therefore, it is more correct to evaluate Revival based on confirmed demos and official materials, rather than transferring unconfirmed rumors about content to it.
