Ice-Pick Lodge has released a major "Huge Fall Update" for Pathologic 3. The main thing about it: two new difficulty levels.The original mode remained in place, and a lightweight and a complicated one appeared next to it.According to the authors, the players asked for both.
Difficulty affects many parameters, from the amount of amalgam the Bachelor needs to restart his days to how much mania and apathy affect his condition.At the easy level, mirrors give 50 units of amalgam.At high levels, there are noticeably fewer matches in containers, the Cathedral brings half as much amalgam, and morning conversations with Eva yield almost nothing.But euthanasia of the dying is rewarded more generously, so survival will have to be done at the cost of more difficult decisions.
Meetings with Shabnak also changed.The developers admitted that the previous mode, in which she bifurcated, was unsuccessful, and replaced it: in one of the new options you will have to play hide and seek with her.In addition, the update includes a photo mode.
Pathologic 3 was released on January 9, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S.
