Heroes of the Storm is getting a new hero again.Blizzard will add Xal'atath from World of Warcraft: She will be the first addition to the HotS roster in almost six years.
It will be possible to check the hero very soon.Xal'atath will release on the PTR on September 14th, and will hit live servers on September 28th.

This is more than a regular patch for HotS
After Heroes of the Storm went into limited support, new heroes essentially disappeared. Therefore, the appearance of Xal’atath is important in itself: Blizzard is again creating a new full-fledged character for the game, and not just changing the balance of existing ones.
The company is also talking about a major update with changes to battlegrounds, balance and custom modes. The full list of changes will become clearer after the PTR is released.
Blizzard cautiously hints at a sequel
In the official announcement, the studio specifically thanked the players who have supported HotS all these years, and added that there may be even more new things in Heroes in the future. This is not yet a promise of a return to regular content production.
The first practical test will begin on September 14th.It is the PTR that will show how big this attempt to return Heroes of the Storm to the active agenda has turned out to be.
