The world will receive new territories, dungeons, hidden caches and residents with a daily routine. The creators separately emphasize the rejection of intrusive markers: the player will have to read conversations, notice landmarks and independently understand where to look for the continuation of the task.

Two tribes - two development options

You need to choose the side of the Bear Mother or Great Ram.Both factions have their own culture, combat features and secrets. The developers say that the hero’s actions will change both individual tasks and the ending of the story.Whether the character will be able to change sides in the middle of the plot has not yet been clarified.

As you travel, you can mine materials, create equipment, trade and help residents. If desired, less noble methods of obtaining loot are also allowed. There will be new options in the combat system, including battle druid and hunter.

The sequel retains the spirit of the first Drova

The first game attracted attention with its combination of pixel graphics, old-fashioned freedom of exploration and the consequences of decisions.Drova II retains this approach, but expands the environment and tactical options. At the same time, the studio promises more thoughtful situations where it will not be possible to cope with every enemy immediately after the start of the game.

The duration of the campaign, cost and the possibility of transferring saves have not yet been disclosed. The independent storyline means that familiarity with the first Drova is not stated as a prerequisite.

Drova II will be released in 2027
