Something very unusual is about to appear at Dave's Blue Hole.Studio MINTROCKET announced add-on for Dave the Diver based on Subnautica 2.The add-on will bring the alien ocean motifs of Subnautica 2 to the Blue Hole and will be released in early 2027.
According to the authors' description, the game will include elements of the alien oceans of Subnautica 2. The developers have not yet specified which creatures, items and activities will be included in the set.The publisher has not yet disclosed a detailed list of mechanics and creatures.
Where will the crossover come out?
The Triple-i presentation named PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. On the Steam page you can already add the DLC to your wishlist;There is no exact release date or price information yet.
The authors emphasize that Dave the Diver has sold more than 10 million copies since its release into early access in October 2022.A joint project with Subnautica 2 seems logical for an adventure in which exploring the underwater world meets running a restaurant.
