Poland's CI Games has raised additional funding for Lords of the Fallen II.The studio received a syndicated loan of 26.8 million euros from Erste Bank Polska and Bank Ochrony Środowiska. The money will be used to complete the development and marketing campaign.

CI Games CEO Marek Tyminski noted that thanks to the loan, the project was able to be fully financed without issuing new shares, so that the shares of current shareholders would not be diluted. In his opinion, the trust of banks confirms the quality of the project and its commercial potential. In addition, the agreement allows for the refinancing of all existing bank debt of the company.

The maturity date is August 2027.First of all, they plan to pay off the debt using income from sales of Lords of the Fallen II.

Separate good news for players on PC: initially the game was supposed to be released there only on the Epic Games Store, but CI Games ended its agreement with Epic ahead of schedule, so the release will also take place on Steam. If you like action games with heavy combat, check it out first reviews of Phantom Blade Zero.
