Blind Descent will be released in Early Access on December 2 - surviving below the surface of Mars

An entire ecosystem lurks beneath the surface of Mars in Blind Descent.In December you will be able to play it with your friends – the game is coming out in early access on PC.

META Publishing and Pokuch studio have confirmed that the co-op game Blind Descent will appear in Early Access on December 2, 2026.At launch they plan to offer it on PC via Steam, Epic Games Store and GOG.The developers intend to release versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S along with the final release, the date of which has not yet been announced.

A living ecosystem could be discovered beneath Mars

A team of one to four explorers descends below the surface of Mars, trying to find out where the previous expedition disappeared to.The underground ecosystem responds to human actions.To survive, you need to study local plants and creatures, collect resources, create tools and build shelters.The authors promise dangerous natural phenomena, including toxic gases and underground storms.

Mutations will help you get comfortable in dangerous caves

One of the key mechanics is gradual adaptation to a foreign environment.According to the developers, consuming individual fruits and spores allows you to gain abilities for movement, exploration and combat.In a cooperative of up to four people, you will have to distribute resources and take into account the behavior of the world.How these mechanics will fit together can be assessed after the launch of Early Access.
