AMATA Games announced Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies VR - the official VR adaptation of the fifth main part of Ace Attorney under the Capcom license.This is the first game in the series in virtual reality.The trailer was shown during the Meta presentation, where the new Meta VR Glasses were also presented.

The game can be played with regular controllers or using hand tracking.A separate function recognizes “Objection!” spoken out loud, and crime scenes will turn into three-dimensional scenes that can be viewed from different angles in search of evidence.

The plot remains based on 2013's Dual Destinies: after an eight-year hiatus, Phoenix Wright returns to the practice of law and, together with Apollo Justice and Athena Sykes, fights the "Dark Age of Law", when winning in court is more important than the truth.The main opponent in the courtroom will again be prosecutor Gaspen Payne, the younger brother of Winston Payne.

Release scheduled for 2027 for Meta Quest 2, Quest Pro, Quest 3/3S and Meta VR Glasses.More than 15 hours of play are claimed;price has not yet been announced, DLC is planned.Languages ​​include English, French, German, Japanese, Korean and two varieties of Chinese;Russian is not on the list.

The announcement coincides with the 25th anniversary of the series: the first Ace Attorney was released on October 12, 2001 on the Game Boy Advance.
